While waiting for the management to build a door for the basement layout,
I have been building micro-modules for my room.

HOn30 running on Kato unitrack using 3/4" deep painting panels,
with 2" styrofoam added for the base module height.

Wiring is standard for T-trak module Kato unitrack plug system.

12x12" is big enough for R282mm (R11") 90° corner modules.
Two 8x10" glued end to end make a 8x20" straight module.
4 corners and 2 straights connect together to form a 24x44" loop.

Not unmanageable in a small apartment.

So far I have completed one corner module,
and am working on a straight module.

The straight module is an Inglenook switching module,
using Kato compact unitrack turnouts.

3 turnouts barely fit on an 8" width, so I added
one inch of styrofoam to make the module 9x20".

Photos are on my Pinterest page.
