Freight and other supplies are transported on a flat car,
or in bad weather, the closed box car.

Canvas doors still need to be attached to the box car.

Regards, Dave L.

Every now and then folks need to ride out to the factory.

Curiosity seekers, fishermen, or sometime Mr. Charles, himself,
can ride in comfort in the company's only passenger car.

Regards, Dave L.

Larry

I wish I could remember the source.

I've had them for years.

Sorry, Dave L.

I came across this photo of layout two,
that shows the track plan for the then current Fish Head Glue Co.

It was at this point that I realized,
that the layout was too heavy to be portable.

I leaned it up against the wall while deciding what to do.
(finish the layout, or start over)

I eventually decided to start another layout.

Regards, Dave L.

I, too, was sad to see #3 leave the factory, never to return.

Sadly, my friend has never offered to return it.

I wonder where it is now ?

Regards, Dave L.

The shell was fitted to a Bachmann HO switcher.
