Michael, Thank you for posting the photos of your layout. What scale is that you're modeling in? It appears to be 1:24 or 1:35 ? I like the composition of the scenes. ![]() Above, this was previously posted and is a scene I'd like to model. This is an enlargement of a Denver Public Library, Western History Collection photo, showing a two-hole outhouse on a small bridge over Clear Creek. This was right near the main part of town, too. I'd imagine Clear Creek wasn't so clear back in those days! Monte: I'd like to see the boxcar design, too, once you get it. Colorado Railroad Quarterly (I think they ceased publishing), a periodical published by Gary Koehler, had in an issue, about 12 years ago, a freelanced Gilpin Tram boxcar plan, designed by Moe Mechling. An interesting model, if you can find the drawings. Monte, you also mentioned you were old enough to remember chalk marks on freight cars. So, what color were the Tiffany reefers? ![]() Keith
