Bought a pair of "real" On30 trucks from San Juan Car Co.  K-206-30

Not impressed.

The bolsters are sized for On3,
so the included On30 wheel sets don't line up with the brake assembly,
they look awful.

The bearing end caps don't fit into the sideframes either,
their mounting posts are too large.

All-in-all I can't recommend these.

:-(

Stan

I just use what i have left over from my accumulation of N-scale std. gauge.

For the imaginary era and world that i model,
plus with the overhang, they're not really all that noticeable.

One thing i would like to do though, is go back to the old Rapido type coupling,
with their wider gathering range then the more to scale of N-std. gauge couplers,
that when i was in N-std. gauge i ended up replacing almost all of them with.

Not sure what i did with all of the ones i had. i can't believe i just tossed all of them.
that's not like something i would do. but they do seem to be AWOL.
