" Howdy Si.

Hi Daniel
I don't know ? I never got to see it !
I nearly went for a coffee break, whilst the 'Imgur' Front Page loaded !
Then there was a ton of 'Facebook' garbage & spyware loading up.
Finally
there was a box telling me how much they "value my privacy" ! ... (oh yeah ?)
... followed by them saying, Click-Here on 'I AGREE' or you'll see NOTHING !
I didn't think there was a worse photo-hosting company than 'PhotoBucket' ... Until now !
It all makes the Freerails FREE Members 'Gallery' look like a Rolls Royce !
Anyway, I hope you're doing OK Daniel ...
... & your weathering is coming along nicely.
Si.

I go to Imgur a lot, but I never see popups or advertisements at all,
or the dreaded 'I agree' button.
I use Linux The Great with Ghostery, AdBlocker and SponsorBlock.
Life is good!
Jose.

vaguely remember an article, I think in RMC,
about some box cars used to carry fresh cow hides.
Large hatches were installed on the roof for loading.
Probably they stank to high heaven...
Jose.

I remember the same article about cars converted to carry cow hides.
RMC I want to say.
Could probably do some cars for any era though.

I think the Wellsville, Addison & Galeton, had some hide cars.
You know "The Sole Leather Route".
I think the "Q" had some too, they were the last use of a boxcar.
Basically ruined it. Couldn't be used for anything else.
Kind of like an open gon used for "offal", how offal that must have been.
How about having to climb up to take the brakes off as a brakeman.... hurl.
