I have an old set of Athearn's F7 units A-B-B-A wired together,
in Espee's Black Widow paint scheme.

With all those wheels picking up power it never stalled,
and could haul the longest train that I could assemble.

But, that was some twenty years ago.
I still have them tucked away.

Been doing remodeling on the house, and along with working extra hours,
there just hasn't been any time to work on any model projects.

I did manage to squeeze out a few hours to work on the East extension of San Miguel.

This gives me a little over four feet to add a few engine house tracks.

Track #4 (the far one back) will get extended to the end,
along with some additional dual gauge trackage.

Hi Michael  :mex:

Lookin' good.  :thumb:

I didn't know 'San Miguel' was getting an East extension.  L:

Are you going to continue with the hand-laid track & stub switches ?  ???

Si.

Yes, the track will be all handlaid,
along with a few stub switches and another dual-gauge switch.

I didn't originally plan to go 'East' from San Miguel.

But by getting some stuff off the back patio, freed up some real estate,
for some engine tracks and a few spurs.

In between getting some track laying done on the east extension,
I've been working on some new figures for the layout...

You really can't have too many figures.

Ran across this 1/35 scale resin female figure that I thought would look good,
in front of one of the saloons lining Washington Street.

Here is Raquel about to step inside the Bloated Goat.

Progress on the east extension continues.

The left track will provide additional room for cars for the yard.

The middle three tracks are for engine servicing

On the right the dual-gauge track will continue to the far end,
along with another dual-gauge stub switch for car storage.

Holy Smokes!

Me thinks Raquel forgot some garments,
like a skirt or pants perhaps?

Just sayin'.

The yard is looking good.

Excellent Hi-Viz ^^ for Health & Safety around the 'N.I.& E.R.R.' street-running ...

... except for the 'rubbernecking' ... which just caused a PILE-UP on Main Street !
