And even Updah has a dig where UPS (Updah's Palaeontology Society)members are hoping the find is a Diddesaurus - but the diggers are saying it's more likely to have been one of the gold panner's mules past its sell by date!

Just one more word on the wagon kits. :old dude:

For anyone who just wants 1 wagon, horses & figures.

This is currently available at a very reasonable price indeed ! :)

See the previous << Page for photos of the sprues in this kit.

There are other 1:35 wagon kits around, by 'MiniArt' and 'MasterBox' etc.

Some don't come with any horses or figures.

They are often more costly than this one & sometimes a bit overly fragile as well. :f:

Yer pays yer money & takes yer chuck wagon ! ;)

That's a little more reasonable in price.  I just might break down and get one.

" I just might break down and get one."

Hi Michael

I'm sure it would be the kind of breakdown one could enjoy ! ;)

Of course, forget the high RRPs from expensive retailers as usual & wait for a steal of a deal on eBay ...

... does wonders for the ol' wallet ! :P

Having looked at LOADS of 1:35 kits over the last couple of years ...

... it took me an absolute ETERNITY to come across that ^^ one !

Probably due to the fact that 'Schwerer Heeresfeldwagen' are not words I often use much !

They've even spelt Horse & Wagon wrong, so no 'normal' searches ever picked up on it.

Potentially good for the tight-wad eBay customer, looking for some bargain Heeres meat though. :)

As mentioned on the previous << Page ...

... a new 1:35 'Fuel Trailer' has been in the M.M.M.M.M.& M.Co. shops over the New Year Hols. :)

I was impressed with the earlier 'Mirror Models' 2-Pac of open trailers I'd used ...

... which when assembled in full, look like this :-

My first of the 2-Pac however, was destined for railroad use, so I built it sans wheels !

Still have the 2nd in the box to make up as a regular road vehicle model, as ^^ above.

I had tried out the 'Mirror Models' trailer on a few of the M.M.M.M.M.& M.Co. different car builds.

First of all on my 8-wheel work-car build, which the TEXACO tank is sat on here.

Then on one of my 4-wheel shortie 5-plank disconnect styleee cars.

I kinda liked it on the shortie car shown ^^ here.

So the tow-bar was chopped & the tail-gate, here upright in the trailer, was MEKed on in the down position.

Came across another photo of my previous 'Mirror Models' open trailer on the bench.

Will it ever be seen ?

Well yes, you can actually see the trailers suspension from the sides !

All in all a pretty nice 1:35 model kit.
