Several thoughts came to mind. First, what the heck is that? Second, looks like something a garden railroader kitbashed. Third, that's a cool idea. Fourth, yes, Virginia, there is a prototype for everything.

Now the similar Aristo model can justify itself.
I would like one anyway. Preferably in # 1 scale.
