Maybe I missed something but I haven't been able to find anything here showing telephone or utility lines strung between poles.

I had great success using "Ezline" on my layout, and developed a line stringing tool that makes the task easy. The tool is an easy DIY.  I have pictures, sketches, and a template, if anyone is interested.
