Interesting... I have a table top drill press. There is a fair amount of slop in the bearings. I wonder if its accurate enough. I might have see for myself.

Here's one a made about 30 years ago at the place I worked. I was working in the tool room at the time and had much available to me in machinery and materials. It's made out of one piece of cast iron, steel and hardened steel.

Here's a sample of the rivets it does in .010" thicj brass. They are just random. I usally use a straight edge to make a straighter line.

use a tooth pick and dab glue for rivet heads once panted thy look ok

Micro Mark sells a similar set of rivets as Archer,
they are cheaper and you get more rivets per sheet.
I have a set of sheets but have not had a chance to
use them yet.
