Hi all,

This may be 'old news' to everyone else, but I thought I'd post the link below just in case...I came across this site while looking up the Guiness Brewery tramway.

http://www.irsociety.co.uk/Archives/back_issues.htm

The page has links to many years of articles in the Industrial Railway Record, and clicking on a few gave me track plans, detailed history, pics of locos and rolling stock, operating notes, etc.

Hoep this helps others in research and layout planning...otherwise jsut a good read if you're into industrial/narrow gauge operations.

Regards,

Darren

Very cool. Although there isn't much US based stuff there's plenty of neat little lines that provide inspiration. I mean, it doesn't get much simpler than this example of Weydon Hill Sand Pits. :)
