Background problem...

There's probably no good answer to this problem, but I thought I'd ask to see if there was a way that would not require removal of that background panel and replacing it and starting "fresh".
The small photo mural (about 30" by 18") was mounted with 3M photo adhesive!!! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just the panel, if possible... I'm sure I'll have to repaint after that, but I need that mural "gone"!

Spackle around the edges lightly and paint over it with Klitz to make sure you have no bleed through.

OK.. Don & Herb. That's the best option I've hear yet! Here is a layout in progress shot from my old HO Pike.... it is the only one i still have showing the scene that completely.
