This is another SJCC kit I built, I love this kits, very detailed and understable directions. Maybe the weathering is overdone  :bang: , I never thought in something like this, but it´s done... will keep in mind for the next kit. :sad:

I thought so... but, if you said "not overweathered"... so be it!! Maybe I painted much white, but tried to fade the paint and tone down the bright colours.

For variety try masking a few plank here and there before weathering, so they look like fresh replacements.

It all depends on what era you're shooting for. For 1945, it's probably over weathered, for say 1962 when these cars were used primarily for shipping sacks of drilling mud, it's perfect.
