You bet with the video giving ideas, I think it would make a great on30 or on2 or on20 model with the hoist and winch system and the rotary dumper at the end. Who's up for the task!

Woodie has done something close to this with much different scenery on the Mogollon. Still with the type of enviorment there, it would make great modeling. Too many neat idea to count . The little loco was great and I wish they had got more of it.

Well you'll enjoy this video, at 1:43, and 2:56 there's more of this line, and it's locomotives. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVD-l-pCmks

Shame that they took that second video at the wrong speed, or something.

I know, it would be so much more enjoyable if you could have a chance to know what your looking at.

Ok, after some long surfing of the web I was able to get two good close up photos of one of the locomotives, so, here they are.

Just noticed this thread. Guess I've been busy! As it happens, I scratch built a model of one of these critters in Gn15 many months ago and I am about to start a small diorama/shelf line featuring it. Wish I could figure out how to post photos because I would love to show you guys what it looks like and then progress on the shelf line.
