Yep,

Now Army Transportation runs the army railways, but the Quarter Master Corp used to.

When I was stationed at Fort Eustis, I got some pictures of some dual gauge locomotives, I'll see if I can dig 'em up. That's where the Army's railroad school is. They had locomotives that could switch gauges!
