Hi All, been playing the last few days and found this building on the net and had to do it. Was built as a plantation store in 1908 down in Louisiana.  They said it was still being used as a store  and owned by the original family. I think it could be used for most anything even a micro brewery. Just noticed I lost a A in plantation when I was modifying the line to wrap, got to fix that ggg.

Rich,

Looks like you lost an A, gained an A, and lost an O. ??? lol

Great looking N scale structure, that could be used for any number of different types of businesses.

That is one good looking structure. Not often that shutters are modeled--awnings either--but they were very much in evidence at the turn of the last century. Then they disappeared , only to reappear some years later as cutsey fiberglass fakes, fastened to the wall of the building instead of the window frame.

Well done, Rich!!

Yea that's what happens when I try to fit to curve  the text at times when Imove then they lose and move letters. Only saw it after I posted  but have fixed the file.

And yes lost of uses I'm thinking a Micro brewery with a down stairs bar. Your right is in N scale

Another amazing piece, thanks rich! It looks a lot like an old inn/saloon in a town i lived in. The stairway on the side really threw me off at first glance, it's so similar! :thumb:
