The one you have as Hawaii is from New Zealand.

It was built by O. W. Smith - one of about 25 he built. It was preserved, but left outside to rot - I've seen a rather sad photo of the rusting remains slowly disintegrating.

The reason for the wide wheels is it was designed to run on wooden rails - not pole roads like in the US, but squared off baulks of timber.
