 Here's one a made about 30 years ago at the place I worked. I was working in the tool room at the time and had much available to me in machinery and materials. It's made out of one piece of cast iron, steel and hardened steel.




Here's a sample of the rivets it does in .010" thicj brass. They are just random. I usally use a straight edge to make a straighter line.
